On 24 March 2021, Carrick signed a sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) for the sale of its 50% operated interest in the P2451 Licence, Block 21/28b. The SPA is with the existing 50% licence partner, Rapid Oil Production Ltd. Carrick retains a carried interest.
